The mission itself is 60 minutes. Plan to arrive 15 minutes early to check in and get briefed, so set aside about 90 minutes total.
Teams of 2 to 8. We recommend at least 3 — with four rooms to cover, more hands genuinely helps. Larger groups split the work and have the most fun.

Not at all. There’s nothing to know going in — no AI knowledge, no math degree required. It rewards teamwork, curiosity, and persistence far more than raw brainpower. Great for first-timers.
No. HARD RESET is a high-tension thriller, not a horror room — no jump scares, nothing chasing you. The pressure comes from the clock, not from fright.
You won’t be left hanging. Your game-master is watching the whole time and will send hints whenever you need them, so the game keeps moving. And the door you came in through always opens if you need to step out.
Recommended for ages 11+ but younger players accompanied by adults are welcome. Players under 14 MUST be accompanied by at least one participating adult. The theme is family-friendly.

You’ll get a team photo at the finish with our victory sign (win or lose or… there might even be a third option in this game). To keep the puzzles a surprise for everyone, no photos during the game itself.
As we have extremely limited slots each day, all bookings are non-refundable and non reschedulable. The game cannot be held for you if you are late.
